More Skin Care for Nudists

Posted in Nudism on December 11th, 2007

About 5 years ago, I helped a company specializing in all natural skin care products because I was a concerned nudist. I came at it from a rather novel approach. I was a specialist in herbal treatments for many different diseases. I have had formal studies as an herbalists for several years, as well as an apprenticeship in traditional Chinese medicine. Although very few of the things that we herbalists make are useful for all natural skincare, I thought that I could use my knowledge of herbs and extracts to help make better products.

A lot of my friends were pretty skeptical when I first came up with the idea. You see, I come up with a lot of projects, but I have never been all that good at following through on them. They had expected my all natural skin care business to be the same. When I came out with my first skin anti aging cream, they figured that I would be out of business in three or four months at most. When I came out with a new line of all natural skin care products meant for dry, chapped skin, they figured it would flop within the first year. Now, 3 years down the line, my all natural skin care business is still doing very well. They can not figure out how I do it.

All of us are looking for the best skin care product available. However, it is important to remember that the ideal beauty supply product for one person is quite different than the ideal for another. There are plenty of things to consider before making a purchase. Following are some guidelines to help you determine the best skin care product for your specific needs.

The first thing that comes to mind when we think about beauty supplies is age. A teenager will definitely have different needs than a woman entering menopause. We all go through different phases in life and the best skin care product one year will not be the best the next year. Consider your current needs first.

Next, you need to determine your specific skin type. The best skin care product for a person with very dry skin may be the same brand that suits a person with an oily complexion. The great thing is that one brand will offer a different product for specific skin types.

Don’t forget your lifestyle. A person who spends a lot of time indoors will find that the best skin care product will be different from the best skin care product for a person who spends a lot of time outdoors. There are other factors to consider as well when it comes to lifestyle.

The outdoorsy type who spends many hours on the beach will have different needs than a person who spends many hours on the ski slope. The only thing that we all have in common is the need to protect ourselves from the sun’s rays. The best skin care product on the market for anyone who spends a lot of time outside is sun block.

Lifestyle also involves our habits. Even the best skin care product can’t beat a good night’s sleep and plenty of water and vitamins. You should feed your complexion from the inside out. Your eating, drinking and general lifestyle will show up in your skin no matter what topical solutions you use.

Your diet and exercise routine will also have a profound effect on your complexion. Take care of yourself and you will find that the best skin care product is a cinch to find. It takes very little to address the needs of skin that is healthy from the inside out.

No matter how well we take care of ourselves, we do age. Moisturizer is without a doubt the best skin care product on the market. Daily use will take years off of your complexion.

When my friends ask about how to make money in the all natural skin care industry, the answer is easy. I tell them that the secret is finding a niche market. You see, all natural skin care is not that new, and it is not that specialized. People from all over the world buy skin care all natural beauty products to heal and rejuvenate their bodies. What I do that the other companies don’t, however, is to cash in on a local clientèle. Not only do I sell all natural skin care products, but I sell them made from locally grown, indigenous plant oils. Rather than being imported from all around the world, they are all made right here in Oregon.

A lot of people are willing to pay quite a bit of money for all natural skin care that they can trust. If they know that it is locally grown and manufactured, they can feel good about what they are buying. And feeling good about their purchases is what keeps the customers coming back over and over again.

Take Care of your Beautiful Skin

Posted in Nudism on December 11th, 2007

It’s sad, but far too many people let alone nudists dismiss the fact that they’re damaging their skin on a regular basis. Whether they realize it or not, proper skin care is imperative for anyone who plans on looking nice for any extended amount of time. As the years fly by you’ll certainly notice your skin going through a few changes. It’s not as tough and resilient as you may think. It’s up to you to make sure it gets the nourishment it requires. This entails proper cleansing, moisturizing where needed, and protection from the sun’s damaging UV rays.

Let’s think about your current skin care regimen. How do you cleanse your face on a daily basis? What do you use to scrub away that dirt and grime? Well, hopefully it’s not a bar of deodorant soap. This stuff was meant for the skin on your body. Not for the delicate surface of your face. You need a separate gentle cleanser to get your face clean. Something that will rid your mug of dirt, oil and make-up, but without stripping it of all its natural moisture. And once this step is complete, you’ll want to follow up with a moisturizer for dry areas. It’s best to apply these immediately after padding your face dry. This way the moisture is soaked right up. Now, these are just basic skin care tips that everyone should follow. In addition to these practices, you always want to make certain you use tepid water, as opposed to hot. Once again your skin will be stripped of its natural moisture if you use scorching water. This can lead to further skin problems such as eczema.

The sunlight can be your worst enemy. One of the mandatory skin care rules you should follow is “USE SUNSCREEN.” Something with an SPF of 15 or higher is recommended. The truth is nothing is more damaging to your skin than the sun’s powerful rays. They cause premature ageing and wrinkles galore. Finally, when it comes to skin care, please don’t forget what smoking will do to your precious complexion. If you want to look really old really fast, then I guess smoking is a habit for you. Take care of your skin; you’ll be glad you did in 20 years. No one said you have to be young to be beautiful.

Nudism

Posted in Nudism on May 18th, 2007

Since I am both a voyeur and an exhibitionist I would like to share some incite…. What do you think about nudism? All voyeurs and exhibitionists sure seem to love this subject of nudism because they love showing off sexually or watching others sexually…

BUT! There are groups of people worldwide that just like nudism because it is a natural way of life. These people think it is even ok to have their children nude right along with them. I think this is totally wrong! Here’s Wiki’s definition of nudism, “The meanings of naturism and nudism are very similar, and refer to a cultural and political movement practicing, advocating and defending social nudity in private and public spaces. Several other terms (”social nudity” as well as “public nudity”, and recently: “clothes-free”) have been proposed as a replacement of these terms, but none has yet found the same wide-spread acceptance as the older terms naturism and nudism. The movement includes a large range of variants including “naturism”, “nudism”, “Freikörperkultur (FKK)”, the “free beach movement” as well as generalized “public lands/public nudity” advocacy. While there is a large amount of shared history and common themes, issues and philosophy, differences between these separate movements are sometimes contentious. The usage of these terms varies geographically; people in the US often prefer the term nudism, while people in Europe more often than not refer to themselves as naturist. The predominant movement centers on established, family-friendly, non-sexualized variations. The inclusion of the “top free equality” movement within this movement is under debate. Use of the word “clothes free” has also been used when preceding other words as a descriptive term, some arguing that it allows more inclusion of both the naturist and nudist philosophy, which are arguably similar in many regards.”

I think nudism should be shared between consenting adults only. I sure don’t think kids should be involved in their parents “nude” lifestyle. That is just wrong.

I searched the internet and found this site that seems to be an an authority on nudism. So maybe they can explain this much better than me?

What do you think?
